Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges of merchandise will be accepted. Once an order has been placed, it can not be cancelled due to automated processing. If an item you ordered is backordered, we will contact you and allow you to cancel your order for the backordered item.

Processing Time
Processing time is the period in which Superb verifies your order, locates the product(s) you ordered, and packages them. This process occurs within 2 business days of placing the order granted our inventory does not change and your order is not placed in backorder status. Our inventory is constantly changing and updated daily. Due to the popularity of certain products some items may be allocated and therefore automatically placed on backorder. Backordered items will be shipped immediately when re-stocked.

Shipping
Superb ships orders via FedEx, UPS and USPS. The carrier used to ship your order will be determined at our discretion. The shipping cost for your order will be calculated at the time you place your order. All items will be shipped within 2 business days from the day your order is processed. Your order will be delivered within 5 business days after it is shipped.
