How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost for your order will be calculated at the time you place your order.
How will I receive my order?
You will receive your order via FedEx, UPS or USPS.
What happens if I refuse or abandon my order?
Superb cannot issue credit for packages which are refused or abandoned.
What if my billing and shipping addresses differ?
If you indicate a separate billing and shipping address for your order(s), we may be required to contact you and your bank for verification purposes. Occasionally, this may increase the processing time up to 2-4 business days. Please make sure your billing address matches the credit card being used.
What is the processing time?
Processing time is the period in which Superb verifies your order, locates the product(s) you ordered, and packages them. This process occurs within 2 business days of placing the order granted our inventory does not change and your order is not placed in backorder status. Our inventory is constantly changing and updated daily. Due to the popularity of certain products some items may be allocated and therefore automatically placed on backorder. Backordered items will be shipped immediately when re-stocked.
What name will appear on my credit card statement?
When we bill your credit card for your order, it will appear as PAYPAL *SUPERB. If you have a problem, or are unsure, please contact us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal as the preferred payment method for our online store. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be delivered within 5 business days after it is shipped.
When will my order ship?
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days from the day your order is processed.
